GGuest User: A cozy hotel in a quiet and beautiful location. What I liked about room 216: + The room is a detached cottage with a staircase and a terrace. (There's also a block with regular rooms, not cottages.) + Spacious rooms with panoramic garden and mountain views. + Great location – away from noisy parties, yet convenient for reaching viewpoints and beaches. + Simple, homey atmosphere (quick check-in and check-out, they didn't even take a deposit). + Animals (a pony and numerous cats) lift your spirits and create a peaceful vibe. + Lots of nature, a garden, beautiful views. + I visited during the low season, and there were no other guests besides me. I barely saw the staff – a plus for introverts. The cons are minor (not critical for me) and fully compensated by the price and comfort of the place. - Many things are not well thought out (no power outlets in the bathroom) or on the table. The kettle has to be heated near the bed. - The room is a bit tired, with visible signs of clumsy renovations (broken tiles were just concreted over), but nevertheless, everything in the room works. - You might encounter occasional insects – I saw 1 ant, 1 cockroach (not critical, it's not a swarm of insects, and besides, we are in the tropics – life is everywhere here).

DDancy28: If you’re going for a short stay this place is ideal as it is only a very short walk from the ferry pier. We were in the room about 15/20 minutes from leaving the boat. The location is stunning with amazing views of the beach with easy access down to the sand. The pool is the top feature with plenty of comfortable loungers. Just ask the staff if you need an umbrella. The room was a little dated, but clean. Would definitely go back.

Ssobolevairatlt: Since 2019, passing by this hotel's grounds, we've dreamed of staying in a first-row bungalow with a sea view. It's a secluded spot, away from the island's center and the hustle and bustle of tourist streets. In 2025, we stayed in room B115 at this hotel. We loved it so much that we rebooked for our 2026 vacation – a Premier Villa Deluxe, first-row, with a sea view and breakfast, for 5 nights from April 23rd to 28th. This time, we were checked into Villa B110. At this hotel, it's better to pay a bit more and stay on the first or second row. There are rooms on the hillside, and it can be tough walking uphill. Love Beach is nearby, an excellent beach. And if you walk a little further to Long Beach, you'll find a living aquarium. Bring your masks! There's an incredible variety of fish there. There's also a relaxation area with a pool and sun loungers, which is really convenient in case of big waves. The weather was great during our stay, but we still went to the pool. The water in the pool was warm. Our room had a fridge, safe, kettle, a 19-liter bottle of drinking water, and small bottles were brought daily. There was a large balcony with a beautiful view, featuring two sun loungers, a table, and two chairs. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable. In the evenings, all the pathways were lit up. Breakfasts were varied, delicious, and buffet-style. Coffee was from coffee machines. You could sit on the covered veranda or on the open veranda with a sea view. Upon check-out, they took us to the ferry by boat, free of charge. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed at twice. And of course, if we visit this island again, we'll rebook. We usually try to stay at different hotels, but we really, really loved it here. It’s quiet, surrounded by nature, close to the sea, and has the best beaches on the island. As for cons, it's a bit far from the island's center. But we still walked to the fire show, which happens every evening near Slinky Bar, and to Phi Phi Viewpoint 1 and 2 for the sunset. I recommend this hotel, but choose rooms with a sea view.

GGuest User: Our room was 904, and as soon as we opened the curtains, there was a swing – truly beautiful. Hotels on Long Beach really offer that 'step out of bed and onto the beach' feeling; the views are absolutely stunning. The air conditioning was quite powerful, though it took a while to get the room ice cold. This room had an indoor shower, but the bathroom door wouldn't stay open, and the showerhead wasn't detachable, so we couldn't use our own filter. The water quality wasn't great either; we used bottled water for brushing our teeth. Despite this, I still highly recommend this hotel. They offer transfers from Tonsai to Long Beach and back (only for check-in and check-out). The hotel's breakfast was decent, but for lunch and dinner, I preferred the nearby Paradise Pearl, which had better food. The front desk staff were consistently warm and welcoming, I'd give them a perfect score 💯. When we left, they even praised us in Chinese. The cleaning staff were also great; I forgot my phone case and they brought it out to me. I really love this hotel; it was an unforgettable memory. If I come back to Long Beach on Koh Phi Phi, I'd probably choose this place again.

FFraybento: Here’s a polished review you can post: Really enjoyed our stay at ChaoKoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool — absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and a great place to relax during the day. The hotel has a fantastic location, close to everything while still feeling like a relaxing place to come back to. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Would happily stay here again when visiting Phi Phi!

Finally set foot on the long-awaited Phi Phi Islands. Seeing this "glass sea" with my own eyes made all the travel fatigue vanish instantly! As the top choice for Phuket island hopping, the water here has rich layers—clear and transparent in the shallows, and a deep, rich Tiffany blue in the deep sea. Every snapshot looks like a professional travel photo. It's definitely worth planning a 1–2 day trip. ✨Highlights Phi Phi Islands are divided into Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh, with Phi Phi Leh being the highlight. Maya Bay is surrounded by cliffs on three sides with fine, snow-white sand—it's the actual movie filming location. Viking Cave features limestone stalactites, and swallows often nest at the entrance. Tonsai Bay on Phi Phi Don is lively and convenient, with tons of small shops along the beach. The snorkeling spots have crystal-clear water where you can see tropical fish and colorful coral up close. You can experience sea kayaking and snorkeling, or ride a long-tail boat through the bays with the sea breeze on your face—the vibes are immaculate. 📸Photo spots 1. The end of Maya Bay beach. Shoot a panoramic view with the cliffs as a backdrop to avoid the crowds. 2. The bow of a long-tail boat. Use the sea as a background for a clean, high-end look. 3. Outside Viking Cave. Capture the coastal cliffs while on the boat. 4. Phi Phi Don viewpoint. Climb up for a bird's-eye view of the entire bay's blue-green waters. ⚠️Tips Don't just find expensive private boats at the pier; compare packages in advance. Maya Bay is packed with tourists at noon, so try to take an early boat. Always wear a life jacket when snorkeling and don't step on the coral. Be cautious about buying souvenirs from beach vendors as they are often overpriced. Use strong sun protection; the island's UV rays are extremely strong and it's easy to get sunburned. The sea can be rough, so if you get seasick easily, prepare motion sickness medicine in advance. Sea, cliffs, and white sand—Phi Phi Islands max out the island romance. No filters needed, you can get great shots with your original camera. A must-visit when you come to Phuket!

If you're looking for Thai beaches that feel like a trip abroad, these 5 islands definitely belong on your bucket list. 🌴 Koh Kood, Trat — Crystal clear waters, pristine beaches, and a peaceful vibe perfect for a relaxing escape. 🌊 Koh Lipe, Satun — Incredibly clear water, stunning white sand, and a vibrant underwater world to explore. 🤿 Koh Tao, Surat Thani — A diver’s paradise with breathtaking dive sites and picturesque coastal views. ⛰️ Koh Phi Phi, Krabi — Majestic limestone cliffs meeting turquoise waters—a truly iconic and stunning sight. 🌴 Koh Lanta, Krabi — A laid-back atmosphere with long, stretching beaches, ideal for those seeking a chill retreat. You don't need to fly halfway across the world when Thailand has so many spectacular beaches waiting for you. If you're planning a trip to the sea, save this post for inspiration!

RizfyaGenuine Review: Birthday Trip to Maya Bay, ThailandVisited Maya Bay with my wife for her birthday just before the COVID outbreak in Thailand from Nepal. The bay was breathtaking-turquoise water, white sand, and dramatic cliffs. Arriving early made it feel private and magical. So grateful we experienced its beauty before closure and restrictions. A truly unforgettable memory for both of us!
Manis.amgIt takes about two hours to get to Phi Phi Island by boat from Phuket. There are many shops and hotels, and it is bustling from morning to night. It was designated as a Thai national park in 1983. This is a place that is loved by the sun. Soft white sand and quiet blue water.
zhangfeifeithe stunning islands beyond Phuket to journey to allow serene swimming and diving and scenic views. The ocean is refreshing and well worth the trip.
LynnMaeyogaOn the boat trip, the guide took us to greet the monkeys. Many small monkeys came to greet us. We couldn't get too close or the monkeys would jump onto the boat, the guide said.
ไปไหมไปด้วยThe atmosphere is really beautiful, but the island is a bit scary 🤣 because it is a small island. When I went, it was raining heavily and the sky was cloudy, so it was scary 😂 But even though there were clouds, the atmosphere and view were very beautiful. Beautiful nature
itsanuchitI am very impressed with this place. The water is very clear and the atmosphere is peaceful. We went in the evening, so there were few people and it was nice to take pictures. The water was clear and cool.
PeakpangLocated in front of the Phi Phi Hotel, a PADI 5-star IDC dive shop on Tonsai Bay, Phi Phi Island, where you can communicate in Chinese without any problems! To the left of the shop is their own Up Coffee, offering freshly ground coffee from Chiang Mai's high-mountain coffee trees. Worth checking out! ☺️
Q酱在普吉One of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the world and also some very picturesque landscapes
Mark Mark Mark MarkI recommend that you go up the mountain in the evening and don't miss the magnificent scenery between the mountains and the sea. We once went to the sunset bar in Cinque Terre, Italy, to admire the colorful houses on the cliffs that were beautifully filtered by the sunset. In comparison, the sunset on Phi Phi Island is not inferior, and has a more natural and magnificent beauty.

The standard currency in Phi Phi Islands is THB
Current exchange rate approx.: SAR ≈9.0THB (actual exchange rates depend on the bank). Currency exchange tips:
1. Exchange currency at your local bank before departure, as rates are usually better than at the destination.
