The overall dish is seasoned with a heavy oily taste and is also salty. The fish has a bit of an earthy flavor. The taste is not delicious though. But it's ok. Out of curiosity, I ordered Chongqing noodles for 6 euros and Jiaduobao for 3 euros. Total cost 9 euros. I ordered spicy. Shaozi adds mushrooms, minced meat, pickled mustard tubers, and many other ingredients to enhance the aroma. But overall the experience was very bad. The noodles had a weird powdery taste. There is no aroma of shao zi or Sichuan pepper when you take a bite. Instead, there was a very disgusting smell of fuel consumption. It makes people feel uncomfortable to eat. #Italy
