Taizhao Ancient City is an important historical and cultural site, witnessing the ancient commercial and cultural exchanges. Best time to travel: March - October. Peach blossoms are in full bloom from March to April, forming a beautiful scene with the snow-capped mountains, rivers and meadows. From May to June, the temperature rises and the vegetation grows lushly, with the Lulang forest sea filled with emerald green and blooming flowers. The rainy season from July to August is a good place to escape the heat. Mount Nanga Bawa is looming in the clouds, and the high oxygen content can alleviate altitude sickness. September to October is the golden season for hiking and photography as the autumn colors are brilliant.
