And this is why I usually prefer comparing several hotels instead of immediately booking the first “cheap” result I see.
A Rp350K room in the wrong location can end up costing more than a Rp450K room beside everything you want to visit. Transport, breakfast, cancellation rules, taxes, room size and location can completely change which hotel is actually the better deal.
🔎 A few things I’d check before booking
First, look at the final price, not only the biggest number displayed in the search result. Depending on the property and booking, taxes or other charges may affect the final amount.
Second, compare room inclusions. A slightly higher rate that includes breakfast or free cancellation may be better value than the cheapest non-refundable room.
