Nihonmatsu Castle in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. I went there around 4:30pm, but there was no one there. Or rather, it was pitch black. I was scared so I ran along the way, but there were quite a few mountain monkeys!! Nihonmatsu Shrine This shrine is located at 1-61 Honmachi, Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. The nearest station is JR East Tohoku Main Line Nihonmatsu Station, about a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, so insect repellent is a must. The annual lantern festival in October is famous, so I wanted to see it at least once. Nihonmatsu Station/Nihonmatsu City Tourist Information Center A JR East Tohoku Main Line station located in Honmachi 2-chome, Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. The current station building was built in 1976, and in 2002 it was selected as one of the 100 best stations in Tohoku. I got a manhole card and a nearby tourist information paper at the tourist information center to the right just after exiting the ticket gate. *On weekdays, this type of manhole card is distributed at a different location, the Fukushima Adatara Seiryu Center (2-96 Enokido, Nihonmatsu City). I visited 【Adatara Kogen Ippuku】. They practice beekeeping, so you can taste and buy delicious honey. Jododaira is a highland on the highest mountain of Mt. Adara, which is ranked as one of the top 10 most beautiful mountains in Japan. You will see smoke rising from the crater along with the view of Mt. Finpun. It is even better when the leaves are not falling and it is a bit cold. The weather is good. During the winter, when it snows, the road will be closed and you cannot go up to the top. You will find the crater of Mt. Azuma Kofuji, which is 500 meters in diameter. Adatara Kogen Ski Resort. Even on weekends there are relatively few people, and there are many children, so it is recommended for beginners and intermediate skiers. Advanced skiers might find it a little unsatisfying... The house also serves light meals such as frankfurters!

Introducing the large public bath at mt.inn!!! There are two indoor baths, with two types of baths: warm and hot. The warm bath is large enough for about 10 people, and the hot bath is small enough for about 4 people! Even though it was called warm, it was about 42 degrees 👀, which was a little hot for me since I like warm water 😇 But once I got used to it, it was a comfortable temperature and I dozed off 🥱 The hot bath was about 43-44 degrees? Since it felt like it was warm, I enjoyed the hot water a little after getting used to it in the lukewarm water!!! By the way, there are a lot of toys for children in the lukewarm water, so it is a hot spring inn that welcomes families with children!!!
