The entrance fee was about €42 for adults, which I thought was fair given the variety of rides and attractions. From adrenaline-pumping water slides like Vinter Rytt to the more relaxing Lazy River, there’s something for everyone. 🏄♂️🚀 One of my favorite spots was the Skog Lagoon, where I could just float around and relax in the warm waters. For those looking for a bit more adventure, the Hugin and Munin slides offer an exhilarating ride that twists and turns at lightning speed. 🌪️ For kids, the Skip Strand play area is perfect, with its shallow pools and fun water features. “Just visited Silver Lake City in Germany—it’s like being in a cowboy movie!” It’s part of the Europa-Park, Germany’s largest theme park resort, but this area is very special because it just opened in 2025. It’s called Silver Lake City, and it’s a very realistic cowboy theme. When you get there… wow! There are rows of wooden houses from the West, country music is softly playing, and there’s even the sound of horses neighing, and the wind blowing through the campfires is very built-up. There are both “Western House”-style houses that look like they came out of a cowboy movie, and there’s also a tent camping area and caravans for those who like something a bit more adventurous. At night, the atmosphere is great! We went to eat at the Silver Lake Saloon. The menu is traditional American food: steaks, burgers, BBQ ribs. Wow, it’s so delicious that it’s cholesterol-free. LOL After we finished eating, we went to the Wild Horse Bar. They have Western-style cocktails and local beers that are ice-cold and refreshing! During the day, there are many activities. We played a mini-golf game called Gold Rush Golf, which is themed around the gold rush era. There are equipment like when a gold miner finds gold in a mine. It's fun and funny to play because some holes are challenging like digging for real gold. There are also Western-style shows, like shooting a gun at noon. There are actors dressed as real cowboys, holding guns, whips, and performing on a dirt road like in old Western movies.
