The first secret to avoiding crowds Trust me, you must buy the earliest ferry! I bought a 7:15 ticket from Xiamen-Gulangyu Ferry Terminal to Neicuo'ao Pier, snagged it 10 days in advance on the "Yu Jian Xiamen" mini program, tickets sell out instantly at release.
