And in a short conversation with the owner, I heard about coffee beans. I said that brewed coffee is a little more comfortable and accepting than machine-extracted coffee, so ‘machine coffee’ uses ‘blended’ coffee beans to express a more universal taste, and is a taste that gathers good tastes, while ‘brewed coffee’ uses ‘single origin beans’, that is, not a mixture of several beans, so that it draws out the unique taste of the beans as much as possible, and you can find a more distinct taste that suits your personal taste and drink it. I personally like coffee that has a sour taste and a floral scent. I think that this ‘Green Mile Coffee Aewol’, where I was able to properly experience that, will remain in my memory for a long time, as well as the owner’s kind explanation and short conversation. - Green Mile Coffee’s single origin beans are said to change every week.
