Full of Ritual! Retro Library Style Western Restaurant.

Had a meal full of ritual at a retro western restaurant with my bestie. We wove wonderful and unforgettable memories over a Fine Dine🍽️! This is a recently popular European-style library-themed western restaurant💗. The interior is elegant, with semi-circular retro leather sofas that are very textured 😙. It feels like being in a European mansion, plus the view of Victoria Harbour by the window, great for photos! There's live music in the evening! The romantic atmosphere is full under the candlelight🕯️. Couples and close friends come here to celebrate anniversaries/birthdays. The band played the birthday song several times that night. 🍽️Tasting Menu We chose an 8-course Tasting Menu ($1388 per person), which was beautifully presented, elevating the dining atmosphere. 🟠Cecina de Wagyu Beef Carpaccio 12-month cured wagyu beef slices, accompanied by scallion foam - rich in salty and fragrant flavors. 🟠Spanish Red Prawn Carabinero In the middle, there's the incredibly sweet Spanish raw red prawn, with squid ink jelly layers above and below, paired with sweet and sour passion fruit sauce - full of fresh flavors. 🟠Hokkaido King Scallop A very unique combination! Crystal clear cylindrical sea jelly with Hokkaido scallops and refreshing kelp, under which there's a frozen Mexican chili sorbet. The taste is fresh and rich. 🟠Bouillabaisse The server pours 🦞lobster bouillabaisse into the soup plate with a small teapot, which is visually impressive! The soup contains abalone slices, clam meat, and shrimp - rich and fresh in taste. 🟠Spanish Sardine Confit Spanish sardine confit drizzled with a bit of hollandaise sauce, rich in fish flavor, served with artichokes and white asparagus. 🟠Smoked French Eel Pasta A variation of Carbonara, with rich French smoked eel, homemade Italian pasta with Parma ham, and sauce made from broth and egg yolk, creamy and eggy upon tasting. 🟠Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Rib Cap An amazing dish! Beef lovers are in for a treat🤤. A5 Miyazaki beef is tender and rich in fat flavor, accompanied by caramelized onion balsamic sauce and green chili sauce, memorable. 🟠Mango Mousse Pandan Cake A beautifully plated dessert💗. Sweet and smooth mango mousse paired with pandan cream and a bite of pandan sponge cake. The sweetness is just right, with the aroma of mango and the refreshing scent of pandan. 🍸Cocktails 🟠 Blueberry $128 🟠 Almond Blossom $128 Each cocktail is named after a famous painting - the menu is designed like a dictionary/art book, poetic.
