It is not the first time I have eaten Hainanese chicken rice at Watergate. I have been thinking about it since I finished eating it. I want to say why such a simple food can be so delicious. I learned the lesson from the last time I queued up. I chose a time that was not a meal, so I didn't wait in line to wait for the position. Green papaya salad, bitter gourd soup and chicken rice are as delicious as they are in memory. The price is more conscience.
