Summer time, one place which you can chill at and watch the sun set, admire the scenery, watch the iconic Swiss train pass by - when the weather is good - would be the Parliment building. It provides a good photo spot for humans, buildings, architecture, and also the area around Bern. Recommended to come for an hour around 2000. Located at the Parliment Building, Bern Bundesplatz 3, 3003 Bern, Switzerland
