Summer Lovin’

Integrating a number of traditional halls and pavilions, the Summer Palace is an imperial garden and beautiful sight to behold in Beijing. We visited right after the Golden Week holiday in China (mid-October) and we’re blessed with blue skies and sunshine!⠀ ⠀ First built in 1750, and restored in 1886, the natural landscape of hills and water against the pavilions made a serene sight that we couldn’t help but sit and admire.⠀ I would recommend setting aside an entire afternoon, on a day with good weather, to visit the Summer Palace as it takes quite some time to stroll around the entire area. ⠀ 📍The Summer Palace, Beijing, China⠀ ⠀ #momentsmission
