We ordered three servings of goose meat noodles, minced goose meat rice, sweet potato leaves, leeks, goose blood soup, and goose butt. The goose meat is very juicy and the goose butt doesn’t have any odor! The goose sauce and spicy sauce were seasoned just right. The yellow noodles are just average and not overcooked! Minced goose rice served with braised cabbage! The taste is very bad! The bland white rice tastes soft and not chewy! The goose blood soup is ordinary, and the goose blood cake tastes very chewy! Don’t forget to serve with dipping sauce! The vegetables were not too bad, but the worst one was probably the minced goose meat rice! #foodie
