Antalya - Land of legends

First time visiting land of legend with a large family, very disappointing to encounter so much stress in the 1st couple of days from customer service( front desk), they did little to support our accommodation situation passing us from one staff member to another, then to Jet2. Any 5 star hotel would have ensured their guests were 100% happy. secondly some staff at the restaurant theme park were very rude (not willing to take our order), despite paying all inclusive being told repeatedly by guest relations everything is free to eat especially in the theme park but this was misleading as staff in theme park said we had to pay extra. thirdly distressing and pressurising to be frequently be asked by the front of the house to put positive comments on-line. The hotel offers a lot of activities for children, a variety of food selection, gym, steam. It's a shame we had to encounter issues which could have been easily remedied for us to return again and recommend others but as it stands we won't be returning back nor recommending this place unless the customer service improves drastically.#resort #turkey #customerservice #badexperience #holiday #vacation #allinclusive
