The Faculty Cafe

#uktrip The Faculty is one of the best coffee shop in Birmingham. The coffee taste great, even I'm not a coffee enthusiast I can still spot the differences. I also ordered a cinnamon bun and a matcha & sesame sliced cake, both are way above average. I was expecting a more oriental taste since it is a matcha recipe but turn out its a very good combination of west and east. Well done. The place is quite small, please be expected to wait for a table for a little while.
