Buenos Aires Cemetery Like a City Itself

The Recoleta cemetery is one of Buenos Aires’s most popular tourist destination. It is home to thousands of above-ground mausoleums of affluent people from the past including political figures, most notably Evita Peron, a beloved and controversial First Lady of Argentina. It is now necessary to pay an entrance fee of around ARS1400 into the cemetery, the ticket office only takes card, no cash.
