After a two-hour drive from the Kanas scenic area, you arrive at God's own reserved land—Hemu Village. At the entrance of the village stands a snow monster sculpture holding a red umbrella, smiling and warmly welcoming visitors from afar, looking incredibly endearing and cute. It is the mascot of this village, as well as the guardian deity of the entrance to a fairy tale world. We arrived during the off-peak season for tourism, with eighty percent of the guesthouses closed. There's no need to worry about the cold at night as the houses are equipped with heating. At night, you can take photos of the starry sky🌃 which is even more stunningly beautiful and chilling in person, making you want to blend these myriad stars into the dreams of your distant loved one. The next day, you can get up early to go to the observation deck to watch the sunrise🌅 You can choose to ride a horse from the inn, which costs about 120 per person. If you walk, you need to pass through Hemu Bridge and the birch forest. There is a section of stone steps that are particularly slippery when iced, so pay attention to personal safety. Once you reach the wooden plank road of the observation deck, it becomes convenient to walk, and you'll soon arrive. A glass slide has also been built next to it, which would surely be fun to slide down from the observation deck once it's open. In the spring, around eight in the morning, the sun slowly rises, illuminating this village at the foot of the snowy mountain. Although you can't see the curling smoke rising in the early morning, being able to overlook the entire Hemu Village and watch the snow-capped mountains and rooftops edged with gold is still very impressive.
