In front of the immigration inspection waiting line, there is a staff member holding a picket with the purchaser's Korean name written on it. Tell them your name and go to the dedicated fast track line next to it with the staff member and get through immigration inspection, and you're done! I was able to get out of the airport really quickly without waiting.
