One Day @ Changchun (长春)

#TravelChina Changchun (Chángchūn, 长春) is another city that impressed me from my recent Dongbei trip. I feel that this city is so cute and adorable, so I would like to record it so that I don't forget and as an idea for those who want to try traveling in new routes. Date: 22-Oct-2024 / Traveling alone 1) Different places to visit in Chángchūn in one day (I'm a chill type, I don't really focus on checking in, I focus on walking around, observing people and talking to locals.) 1.1) 📌🚊 Nanyang Tram Station (南阳路) - At this station, there is a point to watch the tram running through the trees. If you come during the autumn foliage season, it must be very beautiful. When we came, only the branches were left, but it was still beautiful. I felt that it was very romantic. When I went, a guy proposed to a girl. It was so cute. - There are 2 trams in Changchun: 54, 55. You can take both lines to get off here. The fare is 2 CNY for the entire route. You can only pay when you get on with Alipay. - There is also a special tram. It is a cultural line. You have to buy a ticket and get on at Changying Station. The price is 88 CNY (our accommodation recommends that we take the normal one. It will give us a more local feel.) - 🚖 How to get there: In Changchun, we took metro line 3 and got off at Kuanpung Qiao station. When you exit the station, you will see a tram. You can wait to get on the tram. 1.2) 📌🌳 Nanhu Park (Nánhú Gōngyuán, 南湖 公园) - A very (really) large park in the middle of the city. We spent a lot of time here because we like walking in each city's park. - In the park, there is a big pond, a pine forest, and many big trees. It's very shady. We saw a lot of local people exercising. - 🚖 Travel: Taxi is the most convenient. It's not expensive. Or take the metro line 1, 工农广场 station (gongnong guangchang). Exit A 1.3) 📌🏛️ Changchun World Sculpture Park 长春世界雕塑园 - There are many works of art, sculptures, and statues. The park is very large. - When we went, there was no charge and we didn't need a passport to enter. - 🚖 Travel: 🚇 line 1 市政府 shizhengfu B2口 or bus G270, G252 or Taxi 1.4) 📌📌 Other places worth visiting (But we didn't go.) 1) 🏕️ Jingyuetan National Forest Park ( 净月潭) A large national park with many activities to do. 🚖 Metro line 3 Jingyuetan Gōngyuán 2) 🏙️ The Hill A large shopping mall with an ancient city in the mall. There are many shops and restaurants. 🚖 Tram 54,55 Changying station 2) Travel in Changchun 🚗🚈🚖 2.1) Metro 🚈 Use Alipay to scan in and out of the station. Very convenient. 2.2) Taxi 🚗 Call through Didi in Alipay and you can stand and hail a car from the side of the road. #Traveling in China by yourself #Changchun
