Michelin recommended eatery in Chengdu

#chengdufood This was the first food place I went to in Chengdu, which turned out to be one of the most missed meals in the entire Sichuan province. This place features noodles with different toppings, which you can choose one type out of “old” three types, “new” three types and “again” three types. Sadly, there’s no option of adding different toppings, so if you come alone, you probably need to come many times to try out all flavors. I would very much recommend the dry types instead of the soupy ones, coz the flavors are more concentrated. The noodles are not the typical Northern extra chewy variant but the thin one with decent bites. To me, the “must-try” here is the wonton in squid broths. Complex umami! And needless to say, the price is AFFORDABLE. 🕰️Business Hours:7am-10pm
