A budget trip to Baan Dam Museum in Chiang Rai👬👍💐😎

#summerbudgettrip This summer, I went on a budget trip to Baan Dam Museum in Chiang Rai, also known as the Black House—and honestly, it blew me away. The entrance fee was cheap, and I took local transport to save money. The place is super unique, with all these dark, wooden buildings filled with weird but cool art, animal bones, and creepy-looking furniture. It’s the work of Thai artist Thawan Duchanee, and you can really feel his vision everywhere. The vibe is mysterious but beautiful at the same time. I brought my own snacks and water to keep costs low, and just spent hours wandering around. It’s definitely not your average museum. If you’re in Chiang Rai, this spot is a must. Highly recommended!
