Chicago, Illinois Travel Review — March ❄️🌆 Hey, I went to Chicago in March. Let me tell you. It’s still cold, but not as bad as January-February. You can still walk around and chill. But bring a good coat, hat, gloves, and scarf because the wind is really strong. 🥶 ⸻ 🌬️ How’s the weather lately? In March, Chicago will start the transition from winter to spring, but the wind is still cold all the time. On a sunny day, it’s like, “Hmm, it’s starting to get warm.” But when the sun goes down, the wind still stings your face. ⸻ 🏙️ Where to go? • Millennium Park — You have to go see the “bean seed” (Cloud Gate), a very popular landmark that everyone has to take a picture of. March light will make the reflection beautiful. • Navy Pier — Take a walk along Lake Michigan, very chill, even though it's cold, but the view is amazing. • Art Institute of Chicago — If you like art, you must go, there are many works, both modern and classic. • Willis Tower Skydeck — Go up to see a 360-degree view of the city, see the lake, see the whole city, but be prepared because it's very windy! • Chicago Riverwalk — Take a walk along the Chicago River, get a feel of the old city, beautiful, there are cute coffee shops to stop and rest. ⸻ 🍔 What to eat? If you go near that day, the atmosphere will be very fun. People are dressed in green all over.
