⭐️Transportation The homestay is called You She Camptel, located on the mountain of Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City. We took a high-speed train from Beijing for an hour and a half to Chongli Station, and then a 40-minute taxi ride. Before arrival, you need to report the license plate number to the homestay, otherwise the gate on the mountain will not let you pass. ❤️Facilities and Services Each cabin has a different theme. We booked the cliff cabin, which is located on a cliff in the mountains. We love its large floor-to-ceiling windows, which overlook the endless scenery of the mountains. There is also a cliff-side wooden platform outside the cabin where you can sit outside and enjoy the view. The room is not big but fully equipped with heating and floor heating, basic toiletries are fully equipped, bath products are all Aesop, minibar is free, and a kettle is also provided. We went there for a birthday, and arranged some birthday decorations with the homestay in advance. Before check-in, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance. When you arrive at the destination, the housekeeper will pick you up in a pickup truck and send you directly to the cabin door. After check-in, any needs can be mentioned in the housekeeper group, the response is very timely, but the housekeeper gets off work after 9 o'clock, so it is best to communicate in advance. 🏒Play The main experience of the wilderness is the sense of tranquility and seclusion. It is very quiet here and there is a feeling of being wrapped in mountains and rivers. When the temperature is not cold in the afternoon, it is suitable for strolling in the mountains. You can also make tea or have a few drinks by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. Sometimes you can see herds of cattle passing by. The temperature drops quickly on the mountain and it is very cold at night. The time suitable for outdoor activities in this season is only from noon to afternoon. It is very suitable for stargazing at night if there is no fog, but it is not suitable to stay outdoors for too long, it feels a bit dangerous. 🥪Catering I have to praise the restaurant of You She, it's really delicious! The staff said that the chef was dug from the top luxury hotel. I didn't have much expectation for the catering, but I was amazed. It's much more delicious than many leek-cutting bistros in Beijing. The restaurant is in a separate tent, the heating is very sufficient and there is a fireplace. Before eating, let the housekeeper drive a pickup truck to pick it up. Dinner and lunch need to be reserved in advance. The housekeeper will send different set meal contents and prices. We booked a roast chicken set meal for 568 yuan plus a separate oxtail pot for more than 400. All set meals are for two people, and you can eat until you are full. Breakfast is included in the room rate. It can be delivered to the room or go to the restaurant. The latest time for delivery to the room is ten and a half. There are three set meals to choose from: North African eggs, American and British. The North African eggs and American are both delicious. Waking up naturally and eating breakfast on the warm window sill of the room is super beautiful. Overall, it's worth coming here to escape the city for a getaway, but because there aren't many things to play, if you're afraid of being bored, it's actually enough to stay for one night.
