A unique Pork cutlet at Daegu, The Don

#2024wish Tonkatsu is one of the famous dish in Korea, and in Daegu, this restaurant called The Don serves very unique Pork cutlet with a tomato and chilli sauce based, which is very unique considering most pork cutlet shop uses Demi Glace sauce. The meat is very succulent and the batter used is balanced, so you won't get a very greasy feelings. This shop is unique in the sense that it is mostly available in Daegu and not expanding a lot to other bigge cities, thus the taste is really authentic. I will definitely visit again if I have a chance to visit Daegu. My wish in 2024 is to travel to Shanghai.
