Everything is basically just a 10/15mins drive away. Some say it is a boring city, well darwin is like many other australia city just abit smaller. They do have farmers market that open on saturday and sundays where the Parap Village Market is a must go on saturday. Most of their stalls are open from 0730 in the morning. From food like laksa, vietnamese, thai, kebab, pies and such. Mostly asian. Also, there are grocceries like fresh vegetables and fruits, some arts and craft and even artisan breads and cheeses too. I am someone who loves australia, although i have been there many times, it is still a dream vacation for me especially to sydney, melbourne or tasmania!
