This is a restaurant that my Guangzhou local friend told me to visit because it's a local restaurant. It's located on Zhongshan 8路 (中山8路), and there's a beautiful lake park nearby, so it's a good place to visit during your trip to Guangzhou. Lingji (凌记) sells various traditional Guangzhou foods, and here you can taste Laifen (濑粉), a traditional Guangdong rice noodle. Raifen is a dish made by boiling rice cakes in a refreshing anchovy broth in the shape of Korean tteokbokki rice cakes. The texture is similar to rice cake soup and the taste is similar to kalguksu, so it will suit the Korean palate very well. And one of the famous menus at Lingji is Jokbal Bibim Noodles (猪手捞粗面)! It is a bibim noodle with three large, chewy pig's feet. The pig's feet are so chewy and soft that a smile never leaves your face the whole time. You can feel the unique atmosphere of Guangzhou and the food is also very delicious. Even if you order two for one person, it is only 39 yuan, so there is no reason not to visit Lingji (凌记) when traveling to Guangzhou. I highly recommend Lingji (凌记), a Guangzhou local restaurant!
