A popular hotpot restaurant in Suzhou, "Yue Ming Ji"

I heard that there was a restaurant in Suzhou where I could eat "Yangxiezi Hotpot", which is often eaten in Beijing, so I went there to eat! "Yangxiezi" is a hotpot made with meat from around the backbone of a sheep. It was my first time eating yangxiezi, but it was incredibly delicious! 😍 When it is put into the pot, it is already soft and cooked, so it falls off the bone easily and is easy to eat! It is seasoned with spices and has no unpleasant odor.
