Completely different from other tea and cake shops, Pavone stands out with its maximalism style, so the whole shop exudes bright colors, impressive and luxurious lines. For me, Pavone is probably the "Best Entremet in town" because the cakes here are decorated very elaborately and impressively, focusing only on quality. The shop has 3 floors, the 3rd floor will be used to organize Entremet workshops instructed by Pavone's Head Pastry Chef. The cakes here are really different from other entremet cake shops, meticulously decorated, meticulous, and sophisticated even to the flavor. Today I tried Passion Pasies and Luscious Strawberry. Passion Pasies has a soft and moist sponge cake layer, fragrant with passion fruit, mango, and pineapple. Luscious Strawberry has a soft, fragrant mousse, and fresh strawberries. Both cakes have a soft filling and still have the fresh taste of fruit. I find the cakes here are not too sweet with the taste of sugar, instead, the sweetness of fruit mixed with fresh cream, very worth trying. The shop also has extremely cute birthday cakes.
