"Thang Trần Quán" I went to this restaurant, which is not famous. A restaurant with friendly young staff. Bun cha, which is said to be popular in Hanoi🍜 It was a dish like tsukemen, with rice noodles, something like a hamburger steak grilled over charcoal, carrots, cucumbers, sweet and sour sauce, and herbs!
