A Memorable Trip to Harbin My trip to Harbin was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Known as the “Ice City” of China, Harbin is famous for its cold weather and stunning winter attractions. I visited during the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, and it was truly magical. When I arrived, the city was covered in snow, creating a beautiful winter wonderland. The weather was freezing, but the excitement of seeing the festival kept me warm. My first stop was the Ice and Snow World, where giant sculptures made of ice and snow sparkled under colorful lights. Walking through the glowing ice castles and tunnels felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Next, I visited Sun Island, which featured amazing snow sculptures. The details and creativity of the artworks were incredible. Each piece told a story, and I spent hours admiring the designs. Another highlight of my trip was walking along Central Street, a historic road lined with European-style buildings. I enjoyed warm street food like roasted sweet potatoes and ice cream, even in the cold weather! The street also had shops selling souvenirs, and I bought some gifts for my family. I ended my trip with a visit to the Songhua River. Many people were skating, sledding, and even swimming in the icy water! Watching these activities was fascinating and unique. Harbin’s winter charm left a deep impression on me. The combination of art, culture, and natural beauty made my trip special. I hope to visit again and explore even more of this amazing city.
