The hotel has a reception lobby on the first floor, while check-in is done at the sky lobby on the 39th floor. The hotel service is attentive. After noticing that we were traveling with children, they specially upgraded us to a 2.7-meter scenic king room, which is very spacious, even for three people. Downstairs from the hotel is MixC, which offers guests a wealth of leisure and shopping options. You can walk to boutique cafes such as FEW Minority Coffee (Arc de Triomphe Store) and THE KAFE (Arc de Triomphe Store) to satisfy coffee lovers. If you want to taste delicious food, Half Spoon Fusion Restaurant (MixC Store) and Tongqinglou (China Resources MixC Store) in MixC are good places to go. It is also very convenient to buy souvenirs. There are many shops on the B1 floor, such as Zhanji Peach Crisp (MixC Store) and Guanglianshen Shanghai-style Dim Sum (MixC Store). There is a swimming pool and gym on the 35th floor. Although there is no shallow pool specially set up for children, we can still play with the children by the pool and then enjoy the massage pool in the locker room. The hotel's toiletries are from the Balmain brand, which is of high quality. At night, the hotel's night view is even more charming. You can clearly see the landmark building of IHF from the room, adding a unique romance and surprise to the stay. Based on this good experience, the Hyatt Regency Hefei will definitely still be my first choice next time I come to Hefei.
