Scandic Grand Central Helsinki

A unique hotel offering first-class experiences in the best location in the centre of Helsinki. The stylish interior and the classic style of the beautiful Art Nouveau building, combined with the hotel’s relaxed atmosphere, guarantee a great stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, smack in the city center. The room was nice and comfortable and the view of the square outside the central railway station majestic. It was also a lot of fun to look at the massive queue outside Ateneum to the Ilja Repin exhibition. The Harvia sauna in the room was very efficient. So I really do not have anything negative to say about the room itself. The Scandic mobile app, however, did not work as it should have. Both at check-in and check-out it refused my credit card, which meant that I had to queue at the reception, where the same credit card was accepted without problems. Scandic urgently needs to fix this serious issue with its mobile app. After all, there is no point in offering a mobile app, if it doesn't work properly. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark
