#Spring0yenTrip The first thing I noticed when I visited Oyama Dam was its sheer scale and the beauty of this man-made structure in the middle of nature. The dam lake was very quiet when viewed from the top of the dam, and the water reflected the mountains, giving it a refreshing feeling that made me want to take a deep breath. The dam itself is impressive, but it blends in with the surrounding nature, so much so that you forget that it is a landscape created by human hands. The sound of the flowing water and the gentle breeze are soothing, and just walking around is relaxing. There are observation spaces and benches in the area, so you can enjoy the scenery at your own pace. There is also a bronze statue of Attack on Titan, making it a great spot for fans.
