Seashell by Nu Eatery

#vietnamtrip Absolutely delicious - so we dined here twice! Hidden down an alleyway is this gorgeous little restaurant. We arrived just before service but thankfully we were able to sit, relax and order some drinks while we waited and the staff even set up a fan to help with the heat. We ordered the Pork Buns, Fresh Tempura Shrimp Rolls and the Shrimp Burger with Roasted Potatoes to share. To choose a favourite dish here was so hard because it was all so delicious but the stand outs were the Pork Buns and the Shrimp Rolls (that peanut sauce!). The service too was outstanding, we had explained that we would be sharing the dishes so were pleasantly surprised when the burger arrived and it was already pre cut in two. On our last day our flight was delayed so we took it as a sign to revisit this restaurant for a last chance at this amazing food. We had the Sesame Chicken Buns this time with the Fresh Tempura Shrimp Rolls and the Chilli Lime Shrimp Garlic Baguette Toasts. Again we were blown away! We would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant - just make sure you go at the start of your time in Hoi An in case you want to go back again!
