This is a restaurant they frequent. Many of the food is airlifted to Hong Kong and is very fresh. That night we ordered a lot of sashimi, skewers and sake. There are seaweed, oysters, black catfish, sashimi of big toro, sashimi of red mussels, salt grilled beef tongue, squid mouth, grilled pineapple, garlic grilled eggplant, sesame chicken wings, Japanese pumpkin tempura, Japanese sweet potato tempura, fish soup pot, Daling three rice 720ml, bamboo drops 1.8L. Sashimi ~ seaweed is fresh and sweet, oysters are fresh and big and refreshing, black catfish sashimi freshly airlifted to Hong Kong tastes sweet, with sour sauce to eat more tasty, big torto melts in the mouth, red mussels are refreshing and sweet. Cooked food ~ skewers are done quite excellent, squid mouth is smoky and delicious, and tempura fried crispy and dry, finally drink the fish soup pot (forgot to take a picture) very satisfied. Sake ~ Daling three grains of rice and bamboo drops, I prefer three grains of rice clear and sweet taste.
