Restaurant: La Famille Address: Kiosk 5, 2/F, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, 3-27 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui Superrrr Smooth and Soft Cream on Pistachio Cake Their main collection of cake is chiffon cake having different flavors such as earl grey tea, yuzu cheese, chocolate, berries, caramel banana, taro mochi etc, all looking good and hard to choose one Tried different Pistachio cakes other battery shops, and they usually didn’t disappoint us, wanna have some fresh flavor this time and we get a pistachio one, the real color is a bit lighter than you see in the internet. There are two layers of the cake, including covering cream and chiffon cake, actually i can’t taste the pistachio flavor lolllll but i would say covering cream is superrrr smooth, light and soft, they simply melt in your mouth, super good texture and i love it, little sweet and very yummy, i guess the best composite of the cake is covering cream. for chiffon cake, again no pistachio flavor at all, having soft texture, cause made of vegetables oil instead of butter won’t feel too full having a piece of cake haa Love that outstanding cream on the top but honestly no pistachio flavor at all which a bit disappointing, though not too bad have a try but i will get much richer flavor pistachio cake in other bakery shop lolll Taste 4 Envir 4 Service 4 Hygiene 4 Value 2 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #cafe #cake
