The most beautiful branch is in Taikoo

I made an appointment with a friend to go to Lei Yue Mun Quarry this afternoon, but my friend sprained his ankle the day before and couldn't go, so we had dinner at Pacific Place and checked in at the wave-shaped bench at Taikoo Park. This is my third time visiting the restaurant. The quality remains the same and the decoration of the Taikoo branch is the most beautiful among the three branches. Location: Take Exit D of Taikoo MTR Station, walk to Pacific Place, go up to the second floor, near Govida store. Environment: In fact, all three branches are located in large shopping malls. It has a large sense of space, with an atrium for holiday decorations. The main colors are white and wood, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and natural. It is a restaurant where you can relax, eat and rest. Service: Guests can choose their own seats and there is no need to clear the table after dining. Lunch: The salad of the day is potato and apple with salad dressing, sprinkled with crab roe and chopped egg yolk. Roast beef omelette rice $98 The omelette rice is as good as always. First of all, the egg is thick and runny, and underneath is soy sauce fried rice, and then some braised beef in sauce. It is rich in flavor and filling, and is enough for three people to share! The soybean paste is an authentic Korean sauce, with raw garlic slices and chili peppers. It is eaten with lettuce and arugula. It is delicious 😋, just like being in a Korean restaurant. Citrus bone-in fried chicken 🍗 $118 (half portion) The half portion is quite large, almost half a chicken, fried crispy and tender on the inside, with a sweet citrus sauce on the surface, which tastes a bit like grapefruit honey, so the sauce doesn’t quite match the taste of the fried chicken. It is true that Korean restaurants are good at making Korean desserts. I have eaten waffles that were so hard that even a knife could hardly cut them, but this waffle is just the right hardness and can be pierced with a fork. It is served with cream and mixed berries.
