The Big Buddha (Hong Kong) Constructed out of bronze in 1993, The Big Buddha is located on a mountain peak near the Po Lin monastery in Hong Kong. Representing the harmonious interaction between man and nature, faith and people. the Buddha is enthroned on a lotus, and surrounding it are six smaller bronze statues known as "The Offering of the Six Devas".
