Summer is hot! Every summer, I like to eat sweet, sour and spicy dishes. Recently, the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Wan Chai launched a "Thai Taste Food" themed buffet, including Thai street food: Thai fish cakes, pandan chicken, grilled satay chicken 🍗, and instant noodles: boat noodles, Tom Yum Goong, and the dessert area has mango sticky rice, Thai milk tea jelly, XTC rotating ice cream cabinet 🍨, and of course the Renaissance Hotel's specialty: fresh steamed lobster 🦞 ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ ▫️Salad In the Thai theme section, a dedicated person makes green papaya salad on the spot 🥗, which tastes sweet and spicy 👍 In addition, the salad bar has 5 types of Thai salads: spicy and sour pork, Thai seafood, Thai fresh fruit, Thai pomelo, Thai beef and banana flower salad 🍌 My personal favorite is the Thai seafood salad, which is refreshing and fresh! - ▫️Thai street food The hotel provides street food including Thai fish cakes, Thai pandan chicken, grilled satay chicken and beef, honey lemongrass chicken wings, grilled pork neck, Thai chili lime prawns and Thai grilled pineapple, just like being in a Thai food market! 😆 My personal favorite is the grilled pineapple and grilled beef, the pineapple is sweet and the beef is tender～ - There is also a noodle stall next to it. I tried the boat noodles with beef soup. The ingredients include shrimp, mussels, duck blood, and ink balls. If you want a sour and spicy taste, you can choose the Tom Yum Goong soup base 😋🌶️ - ▫️ Hot Plate The Thai hot dishes are also quite special☺️ Massaman beef curry, the curry aroma is fragrant, and it is paired with pandan rice, which you rarely have the chance to taste. It is super delicious! If you want to fill your stomach, you can try Thai fried shrimp noodles and Thai pineapple fried rice 🍍, which tastes pretty good too! - Special recommendation for daily dishes: grilled salmon, you can choose the fish belly/fish back, the fish belly is very tender and smooth, the sauce is rich but does not cover the taste of the salmon👅, encore twice, very delicious😋 - ▫️Seafood Of course, a must-do for buffet is to go to the seafood area to eat a lot ☺️ The chilled seafood includes crab legs, brown crabs, mussels, prawns, and Boston lobsters!
