I remember bookmarking a small shop in Molino for a long time. OPENRICE said they were open at 12:00, I went at 12:30 and still not open, called them to know that they were open at 1, then opened early to greet me, really kind ~ 1. Pistachio Basque Fudge Cheesecake (7 inches) $315 (9.5/10) This 7 inch Basque cake is really affordable and not sweet, really not wrong probably the most affordable Basque cake in Hong Kong.
