𓈜 𓈜 TIRPSE, located at K11 Musea in Tsim Sha Tsui, is a Michelin-starred restaurant from Japan that specializes in exquisite artistic French cuisine. Not only do the dishes look like works of art, but the close-up view of Victoria Harbour is also a major selling point of the restaurant. This time I learned that they have launched a new afternoon tea, so I went with my friends to try the Provence Tea Set ($249/guest). 𓈎 Wagyu katsu Sandos . Miso . Mayonnaise TIRPSE's beef dishes have always been famous. This time we used 1.5oz of Wagyu beef, which was tender and fragrant, and paired with miso and mayonnaise, it had a richer flavor. 𓈎 Tuna . Mango . Avocado The tuna is paired with juicy avocado and sweet mango, giving it an overall fresh and delicious taste. 𓈎 Panna Cotta The strawberry-flavored Panna Cotta is smooth and milky, and the strawberry sauce and pulp add an appetizing and refreshing touch. 𓈎 Macaron Macarons are bite-sized, so you can enjoy the sweetness without any burden. 𓈎 Petits Fours The exquisite and beautiful French fancy cakes are paired with the stunning scenery, a perfect match made in heaven. 𓈎 Queens Garden Party 𓈎 Iced Latte The coffee here is good. If you don’t drink coffee, there are several Western teas to choose from. In addition to Earl Grey, Breakfast Tea and Camomile, Queens Garden Party is highly recommended. Its rich floral and fruity aroma makes you feel like you are in an English garden. I have tried TIRPSE's business lunch before and was very satisfied with the service and food. This time, the Provence Tea Set is small and exquisite, and with the unbeatable sea view, it looks even more leisurely and luxurious. Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to 5pm, Monday to Sunday.
