Pondside - Hong Kong Park

On the eve of a typhoon, you need to enjoy a special afternoon tea. Come to "Pondside" in Hong Kong Park in Admiralty. When making a reservation, remember to request the lakeside/waterfall pool view so that you can enjoy the 180-degree lake view and waterfall up close, and take in the surrounding environment and trees, as well as the turtles swimming in the lake. It feels quite relaxing. I started with a bottle of sparkling water and ordered afternoon tea, starting with an English muffin, which came with cream or strawberry jam. The cream had a lighter taste, while the strawberry jam was just the right sweetness. The highlight of the afternoon tea is here. The first and third layers are all savory snacks, including: mango avocado rice paper rolls, which are refreshing and delicious. Mini smoked salmon burgers, salty yet filling. Shrimp cold tofu tastes good. Taste the octopus balls and enjoy a pleasant surprise. The herb vegetable and fruit tart and fried golden cheese have their own flavors and you won’t get tired of eating them. The middle floor is the dessert area, with cherry blossom strawberry tarts and a slightly sour strawberry. Tokachi red bean and coconut pudding, this is delicious. Orange chocolate cake, with a stronger orange flavor. There are also super sweet raspberry macarons, which are perfect for ladies to check in and take photos. For drinks, we chose hot milk tea and latte, which were refreshing and had a delicate taste. The staff are so polite, it feels like being in a hotel! After dining, you can also stop by Hong Kong Park for a check-in.
