The set menu also includes Sichuan-style crispy fish maw made with New Zealand broccoli maw. The appearance and taste of this dish are also very surprising. The coating of the fish maw is crispy and delicious, while the fish maw inside is soft and chewy. It is very delicious when paired with the fragrant Sichuan sauce.
