Spanish Mediterranean cuisine

My brother has entered adolescence, and there are many times when I would deliberately arrange some time to be alone with him, hoping to understand him better, relieve his academic pressure and the confusion of growth, and enhance our parent-child relationship. Last Saturday, I finally found a chance to be alone with my brother. He and I went to a Mediterranean and Spanish restaurant in Sheung Wan for lunch. All the food was very special so that he could get to know the specialties of different countries. Because their pine nuts have a great texture, the shapes they make are very special, and the spices add up to an acceptable taste. 🌟Hummus Hummus mixed with tahini, garlic, olive oil, served with toasted pita bread (vegetarian) The bread is soft and fragrant, and the way of eating it is quite special. The meat is very soft and tasty. The pomegranate molasses is very sweet and appetizing, and it goes really well with the whole pork ribs! Choose a dessert 🌟Black cherry milk jelly White chocolate panna cotta, Amarena maraschino cherries It doesn’t look much different from milk jelly, but my son and I don’t really like maraschino cherries because they have a bitter taste. 🌟Tiramisu +HK$20 Coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, Valrhona cocoa This Tiramisu tastes good, but children may not like it as it has a strong coffee flavor. It is worth mentioning that the service in the restaurant is really excellent. The staff are very humorous and polite, making your entire meal very enjoyable.
