Huofu doesn't have too many skewer options, but in addition to classics such as beef tongue, there are also some innovative creations such as Portuguese duck rolls, oyster pork rolls, and crab meat oyster rolls, with very different flavors. The noodles other than skewers are also quite good. I really like the texture of the vegetarian noodles, which are not too oily or salty. These dishes go perfectly with alcohol. Please note that walk-in guests have a one-hour dining time limit. If you make a reservation in advance, you can sit longer.
