Empire Center Scenic Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui East

Today, I went to one of the restaurants in the Empire Center in Tsim Sha Tsui East for dim sum. The restaurant has a spacious and comfortable environment, and sitting by the window offers a sea view. You can place your order by scanning the QR code with your phone. 🔸Char Siu Eel The appearance really fooled me! It looks just like a piece of char siu. The exterior is crispy and hard, similar to char siu, while the eel meat inside is tender. However, I found the honey sauce to be a bit lacking. 🔸Cheese Shrimp Dumplings The shrimp dumplings are large and plump, with a crispy exterior.
