Great service quality hotel Ritz Carlton

The front desk staff is very polite and will call them by their last name 👍🏻 And explained the room facilities in great detail🤩 He also saw my birthday and immediately said happy birthday 😌 There is also a lion to give a lion very cute 🦁 There were Easter eggs and the chocolate was delicious The views are beautiful at night and at dusk🌆 The bathtub is very comfortable (there is a pillow for use)😆 When I get to six o'clock someone will ring the bell and ask if there is anything that needs to be replenished such as water towels and slippers The bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was very clean😌 Also for Apple TV😍 My only downside is that the service is slower (e.g. there is a problem with the room and you need to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to come up and see you).
