The environment is not only comfortable but also exudes a classic charm, with even the staff's attire matching the theme. Usually, I enjoy this type of cuisine in Shenzhen, but the dishes in Hong Kong have slight differences, including some exclusive Hong Kong specialties 🇭🇰. ✅ Vermicelli-wrapped shrimp One of the most popular dishes—almost everyone orders it 😋. Once served, the staff will set a timer for you. Their service is excellent; as soon as the timer goes off, they proactively assist you, so you don’t have to do anything yourself 🤣. The vermicelli is incredibly flavorful, and the shrimp are large and springy 🦐. The best part? No need to peel the shrimp—perfect for lazy eaters like me 🤪. ✅ Three-color shredded chicken cold noodles The noodles have a great texture, slightly chewy 😌. The shredded chicken adds a delightful touch to the dish, and the spicy sauce is unforgettable. ✅ Clay pot tofu with green peas The tofu is silky smooth, and the sauce isn’t overly rich, making it enjoyable even on its own. It would be even better without the green peas 🙈. ✅ Baby bok choy with dried shrimp in broth After trying several rich dishes, this vegetable dish provides a nice balance. The seasoning of the bok choy is quite good 👍🏻. ✅ Hangzhou-style Pian Er Chuan noodles Pian Er Chuan is a signature Hangzhou noodle soup made with pickled greens, bamboo shoots, and sliced pork. The small portion allows you to sample more dishes, which is quite nice. ✅ West Lake Leifeng Pagoda dessert This dessert is truly creative and visually stunning 🌟—a work of art that brings back fond memories of my trip to Hangzhou 😌. ✅ Pineapple tea with bear-shaped ice A super large cup with an adorable bear-shaped ice decoration 🐻—perfect for Instagram photos 😍. The pineapple flavor is rich and highly recommended! ✅ Hoegaarden peach beer Surprisingly, this Chinese restaurant offers beer, and it’s peach-flavored 😍.
