Diamond Hill | Dotaluo Festival Event

At the beginning of May, I visited my favorite restaurant again for a meal 😎 They are currently hosting the Dotaluo Festival 🥰 This time, there are many new dishes added to the menu 😁 I used to love their teppanyaki dishes, but recently they've introduced steamed egg custard and seafood hotpot, which are also quite good 👍🏻😎 💫 Satay Seafood Hotpot This dish uses satay sauce as the base and is filled with fresh seafood like shrimp, shellfish, and meatballs, all cooked together into a steaming hotpot. The flavor is rich and absolutely delicious. 💫 Clam Steamed Egg Custard Fresh clams are placed on top of smooth egg custard and steamed. The clam's freshness infuses into the custard, making it delicate and flavorful. 💫 Golden Lotus Leaf Bun This is a dish I've been enjoying recently. It features a bun with a texture similar to fried mantou. The bun is split in half and filled with shredded meat and onions. The filling is stir-fried to perfection, making it incredibly tasty when eaten together with the bun 👍🏻 💫 Malaysian Morning Glory Water spinach stir-fried with Sabah sauce, offering a slightly spicy and aromatic flavor that's very appetizing. 💫 Garlic Steamed Razor Clams This dish uses a generous amount of minced garlic paired with razor clams (commonly known as clams).
