The only noodle house, really the only one in Hong Kong: the "only dan dan noodle" made by crushing shrimp shells, mixing chili and other ingredients, nowhere else! The only noodle shop started in Tsuen Wan, New Territories. It has been focusing on northern and Shanghai noodles and dim sum for more than 40 years. I love vegetable and meat wontons, fried pork chops and scallion cakes.
